Haircut Styles
We are not limited to only these styles,
if you have a photo please bring it and we will do our absolute best to match it!
Breed specific cuts, specialty cuts and leaving hair longer than 2" in length will be considered a specialty cut and have additional charges.
BODY STYLES
Basic Cut
The same length all over the legs and body. Ranges of short to hand scissor cuts which is about over 3" left on the coat.

Don't Be A Chicken!
Emphasizes fullness of overall body type and a nice body contoure leaving the legs slightly longer so they don't have skinny chicken legs! Looks great on doodles of all kinds!

Shape Up
Get rid of fly aways or excess hair on the flanks by shaping into the body. (think Golden's, Aussies, Border Collies) This does not effect the coat at it's roots and requires skimming the hair off the surface with shears or a blending blade.

Terrier Cut(s)
Each terrier has a unique style cut specifically meant for their body type according to AKC standards. A majority of them usually require a skirt, a beard and eyebrows. We are experienced in all terrier cuts so just let us know which one you want!

Poodle Cut(s)
There are a variety of poodle cuts that exist. We are trained to do them all! Most (but not all) styles include shaved/clean feet, shaved/clean muzzle, a topknot, and a pom on the tail.

Specialty Cuts/Asian Fusion
Non-traditional and Asian styles are trendy and can emphasize your pups personality. Please bring a photo and note that these types of cuts do take longer than normal. Allow for at last 3 hours for the groom.

HEAD & EAR STYLES
Teddy Bear Round
This is the typical head shape for dogs like the Shih Tzu, Maltese, and Lhasa Apso, Combine with an ear length of your choice.
Teddy Bear with Short Ears
This is a teddy bear head with short ears trimmed to the leather.

Teddy head with long ears past the chin
Teddy Head with Natural Ears

Naked
A complete shave of the face, chin, head and ears
Yorkie head
Ears are tipped, face rounded can be short, medium or long to desired length of chin
Westie head
Tipped ears and face rounded according to desired chin length
Schnauzer Head
Ears shaved, sides of face shaved, brows and a beard at length desired, short, medium, or long
Doodle Head
A nice rounded look that compliments the doodle breeds. Top of head round, ears to chin and rounded out, short chin, and some fluff left on top of the snout.
TAIL STYLES
Plume Tail
Tails are cut according the desired length and should fan out when dog's tail is raised
Pom Tail
Typically seen on poodles but can also work on other breeds for maintenance as the base is shaved and the end is either left in a ball shape or long.
Carrot Tail
Usually sported by terrier's it resembles a carrot shape when scissored.
